Parent survey template for schools

Hear from families about how the year is going: whether their child is happy, how well the school communicates, and what one thing to improve. It takes about three minutes and works well on a phone, which is where most parents will open it.

Getting better answers

  • Keep it anonymous, and tell parents what you changed afterwards so they answer next time too.
  • Run it at the same point each year so you can compare.
